Some commonly asked questions that you might find helpful when looking to book with us.

  • When should I book onto an antenatal and birthing course?

We recommend booking your course from 24 weeks pregnant, to give you enough time to prepare and gain the knowledge to empower your birth, whilst not too soon that you forget some details.

  • How many couples will be in attendance?

We normally have no more than 10 couples max, of similar gestation in the hope that you will be able to form lifelong friendships with each other, as we realize how important forming local social connections are when venturing into the new world of parenthood.

  • What happens if I miss an evening session due to illness?

If given adequate notice, we will offer one class credit per course, so you will have the opportunity to join the next course so you can catch up on the content missed.  Only one credit will be issued and is at the discretion of the educators.

  • How and when do I pay?

You can easily book and pay online via the tab above. All payments must be received 7 days before the commencement of the first course date.

Should your course be cancelled by us for any reason, a full refund will be offered.

  • Do I have to engage with the activities?

This course is your experience, so whilst we actively encourage you to engage to get the most out of your experience, this is not compulsory. So if you would prefer to be an observer, then this if also fine. However I am sure with our welcoming and warm personalities, you will become more familiar with us and your fellow attendee's and you'll enjoy being an active member of the group.
