Antenatal and Birthing Classes

 

Expecting your first baby and looking for more in-depth knowledge or a refresher course to learn things about labour you didn't experience first time round?  Looking to meet other parents-to-be in the area also expecting a baby? Want a complete, comprehensive antenatal course that covers ALL aspects of labour and delivery?

Our relaxed, fun antenatal and birthing classes are ideal! Based at Maidstone Birth Centre, our complete antenatal course covers everything you'll need to know about labour, childbirth and caring for your newborn.

 

If time is running out, getting close to your due date or work commitments make the evening classes tricky to attend, then why not choose our one day intensive weekend course instead.  All topics below will still be covered, and lunch will also be provided.

We offer evening or weekend courses (on alternate months) ideally from 24 weeks onwards and welcome you to bring your partner, birth partner, family member or friend or feel free to come on your own- we do offer single attendance discounts- everyone is welcome.
